Refund Policy

Coaching Services:

Either the client or the coach may end the coaching relationship at any time.

If KH Experts ends the coaching relationship, a full refund will be provided for any prepaid sessions that have not yet been delivered.

If a client wishes to end the coaching relationship after purchasing multiple sessions, 30 days’ written notice must be provided by emailing nicolle@khexperts.com.

Any unused sessions falling outside the notice period will be refunded within 14 working days.

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable products, guides, templates, workbooks, and online resources are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

KH Experts reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion where appropriate.
